SHIPPING OPTION:

We ship all items through USPS Priority and First Class. Delivery could take 2-3 business days after order processing.

SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders are processed within 2 business days. All delivery times are estimated from the time your order is processed. You will receive tracking once order is shipped. Tracking information will be sent to email provided during checkout.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please be sure that your address is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for any order delivered to the wrong address. Once shipped we will not be responsible for the wrong address.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:

We take great care in helping to ensure that your order is properly packed and shipped. Once shipped, the carrier is responsible for making sure it is not damaged in transit. While we are not responsible for items damaged in transit, your satisfaction is greatly important. Should the contents of your package arrive damaged, we can provide you with a free replacement. In order to get a replacement, you must email a photo of the damaged shipping package and damaged item(s) to ForeverJasmine17@gmail.com.

Forever Jasmine LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order.

RETURNS POLICY

Our goal is to ensure our consumers are happy with our products and service. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds. Please be aware that all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
